1950s Yellow Rose Coalport Pottery Brooch By D Simmill

This Vintage 1950s Yellow Rose Coalport Pottery Brooch By D Simmill is absolutely exquisite! Not only is it made from Coalport china but has been designed and hand painted by the well renowned flower sculptor, D Simmill.

It was given as a birthday present to my late Mother-in-law, in the 1950s, in the small floral print box you see in the photograph.

It measures approximately 5cm in width and length, and is marked on the metal rear with “D Simmill made in England.”

Good condition, no chips, cracks or restoration. A lovely brooch for everyday to accessorise with blouses, trousers (it looks lovely pinned to the belt), scarves and coats.
